Bull20%$298Fiscal 2027 about $2.47bn as framed; fiscal 2028 up 65% as 1.6T AECs ramp on time with limited share loss and optics beat; 49% net margin. EPS $9.94 at 30x.
Base50%$209Fiscal 2027 about $2.47bn as framed; fiscal 2028 up 42%, below consensus, with some 1.6T share ceded and a slower ramp; 46% net margin. EPS $8.03 at 26x.
Bear30%$85The second half slips: fiscal 2027 about $2.30bn; fiscal 2028 up 10% as a top customer adds a second source and pauses; 42% net margin. EPS $5.29 at 16x.

The Case

Credo still earns a 68% gross margin, holds $764m of net cash and guided to more than 85% growth this year, and nothing it has reported since September has changed that. The shares have fallen 17.8% in seven sessions, first with a sector-wide chip sell-off and then on MaxLinear's plan to take 20-30% of the 1.6T active electrical cable cycle, which on our sizing touches 2% to 7% of base-case fiscal 2028 EPS. At $147.29 the $209 base case pays 41.9%, enough to buy a measured position below $150 with a stop at $118, while two customers at 71% of revenue keep the size small.
